Owner & Founder of RISE | Juice + Fitness
Nichole Morrison, as business owner, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, is an Honors Graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a BA in International Business & a Minor in Training & Development. Nichole is also a Certified BUTI Yoga, Yoga, Barre, and Hula Hoop Fitness Instructor. Over the last few years, Nichole has gained a warm and caring group of women of all ages, who attended the fitness classes at her studio EMPOWER, which resided in Lenox Village. With the growth, love, and support of her fitness community, Nichole decided to follow her passions and move to a more prominent location on Nolensville Road, renaming her business to RISE | Juice + Fitness. Here you can find a complete healthy holistic approach to whole body wellness and fitness for everyone! The cold pressed juices and the smoothies are fresh, free of any sugars, harmful chemicals, artificial colors and flavors, and are vegan, non-dairy, as well as organic, and provide a complete nutritious meal for the entire family!
Hi! I am Jen Spice, Personal Trainer in Nashville, Spicy wifey, ambassador in our fitness community, and boy mom to a sweet little man. I train every day, whether that be at the studio, out on a trail, lifting, or enjoying outdoor activities with my family. I have found that physical strength translates into inner strength & it helps me feel unstoppable no matter what life throws in my direction. I believe in using this strength as a stepping stone for boosting self-love, confidence, and overall happiness. Your health needs to be your priority. I’m extremely passionate about living an active lifestyle in order to set an example for our growing family, and have surrounded myself with many like minded forever friends.

Lisa has worked in the insurance industry for more than 25 years. However, she has been a fitness enthusiast for much longer, including running, weight training, and group exercise. Lisa is passionate about personal training and coaching to help others achieve their goals. When she’s not working or working out, Lisa enjoys travel, gardening, and spending time with her 3 children and their high maintenance rescue dog, Fiddle.
My passion is dancing and dance fitness, which has changed my life. I am so thankful for dance fitness, because it has allowed me to be the best wife and mom I can be to my son (graduate) and daughter (rising junior). I enjoy leading others in incredible workouts that are fun and exciting, while at the same time I am encouraging you to challenge your limits. If I am doing any kind of workout then it has to be fun, however, this Mama doesn’t play!
I love DIY projects and my happy place is on my boat floating at the lake! I live for warm days, gardening by rescuing clearance perennials, being barefoot, riding motorcycles, and mostly shaking my booty with others!
