CoreBurn is a 5 minute run + 5 minutes on the VersaClimber + 35 minutes of solid core exercises, specifically focused on the core - while including a ton of body weight exercises, resistance bands, and slam balls...to leave you sweating for more!
STEP IT UP
A full-body cardio aerobic workout from the 80's using the step to really tone your butt and thighs. It combines basic stepping with moves like Mountain Climbers, Side Planks, Switch Backs, Step Jump Squats, and other ab focused exercises to work the mid to upper body.
A vinyasa flow, utilizing breathing with movement through a sequence of guided postures to enable a release mentally, emotionally, and physically. It is believed that through sweat, disease can leave the body and purification can occur.

RISE | TRX Strength Circuit utilizes climbers and suspension training body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The suspension trainers, leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete exercises combined with intense cardio exercises for an amazing after burn.
RISE | BOXFIT BOOT CAMP
Circuit rounds of high intensity cardio, weights, kick boxing and punching to burn 600-800 calories in 50 minutes! A total body workout and a heap of fun!
SLOW FLOW YOGA
A strong vinyasa flow, utilizing breathing with movement.
