Service Description

Slow Flow Yoga is a low-impact workout, which can help you to get in shape gradually. It is in sharp contrast to the power yoga or the aerobics-based active version of it. This type of Yoga is actually a combination of a modified Vinyasa Flow. Class is between to 50 to 55 min.

Cancellation Policy

If a session cancellation is needed, the session will be regarded as used if done within 3 hours of the session's start time. If you are on an UNLIMITED plan, a $10 will be assessed if a no-show for class. Please understand we are a small business and need to pay our coaches and staff!
