Kettle Ball Squats

RISE | BOOT CAMP

Bootcamp, as it's traditionally known to be, is TOUGH! Start with a warm-up, followed by exercises and movements that follow the theme of the day: Full Body Cardio, Upper Strength, Core Strength, Leg Strength, etc. We might be on the TRX suspension, a traditional step, or using body-weight movements to build that muscle and stamina! A full body overhaul to get strongth physically and mentally! Class is between 50 to 55 min.

Fitness Class

U-JAM DANCE

U-Jam is a dance fitness class using urban music where every class feels like a party. Much like Zumba, but with hip-hop music rather than salsa or samba styles. Each class is comprised of a warmup song with stretches, several songs of intense choreography, and a cooldown with more stretches. Class is between 50 to 55 min.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

A vinyasa flow, utilizing breathing with movement through a sequence of guided postures to enable a release mentally, emotionally, and physically. It is believed that through sweat, disease can leave the body and purification can occur. Class is between 50 to 55 min.

RISE | HIIT

Much like it's Bootcamp counterpart, High Intensity Interval Training flows much quicker with set short intervals and rest in between. Start with a warm-up, followed by exercises and movements that follow the theme of the day: Full Body Cardio, Upper Strength, Core Strength, Leg Strength, etc. We might be on the TRX suspension, a traditional step, or using body-weight movements to build that muscle and stamina! Class is between 35 to 40 min.

DEEP BARRE

Improve posture, muscle definition, weight loss, flexibility, and stress - combining isometric exercises and a Barre (holding the body still while contracting a specific set of muscles with high reps and short range-of-motion). A medium intensity class that contains a mixt of cardio, light weights, resistance bands - and is suitable for any fitness level. Class is between 50 to 55 min.

Kickboxing

RISE | BOXFIT

Train like Rocky on and off the punching bags! Don't be intimidated, we go over form and start from the basics. This class is meant for the beginner to the pros! Multiple rounds of high intensity cardio, weights, boxing and kick-boxing for the ultimate calories scorcher! Class is between 50 to 55 min.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Give yourself permission to relax! A candlelight class focusing on slow restorative postures and gentle mediation techniques. This class uses reliable, trusted techniques into a flow of exercises working deep on the inter-connective tissues to promote “internal cleansing” and well-being in all areas of life. Class is between to 50 to 55 min.
